  • For your comfort, wear comfortable clothes.
Keep in mind that you might need to be in your underwear for part of the physical assessment.
No doctor’s prescription is required to be examined

  • The first session always starts with an oral assessment: we’ll ask you a few questions to understand your concerns, lifestyle, and goals.
Then, we’ll move on to a physical examination.
Depending on your needs, this may include postural, neurological, balance, abdominal or perineal assessments.
We’ll explain everything step by step and agree together on a personalized treatment plan.

  • Sessions usually last 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on your treatment and insurance plan.

  • For home visits, it’s not possible for us to bring a massage table.
But don’t worry, we’re used to treating patients on a sofa, bed, or yoga mat.
Just make sure there’s enough space for movement and exercises.

  • We are covered by most major insurance companies, including Bupa, Cigna, WPA, and Allianz.
If your insurance isn’t listed, don’t hesitate to ask, we work with many others as well.

  • Payments can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer.
A receipt can be provided for insurance reimbursement if needed.

  • Yes, of course. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled treatment will be fully charged, as the time slot cannot be offered to another patient.

  • Yes — the clinic has an elevator, making it accessible for patients with limited mobility or parents with strollers.
