Lymphatic therapy supports healing, reduces swelling, improves circulation and helps restore mobility after surgery, cancer treatment, or injuries. It also plays an important role in scar flexibility and tissue recovery.

My approach combines lymphatic drainage with specialised manual techniques to enhance recovery and long-term comfort.

Post-Breast Cancer Lymphedema Care

Illustration of a brown hand holding a pink ribbon inside a circle, symbolizing breast cancer awareness.

After breast cancer surgery or radiotherapy, many women experience swelling (lymphedema) or stiffness around the shoulder. Lymphatic therapy helps reduce swelling, improve arm mobility, and soften tissues around scars. Early treatment can make a big difference in comfort and daily life.

Manual Tissue Rolling (Palpé-Roulé)

Manual tissue rolling – known in France as ‘palpé-roulé’, is a specialised hands-on technique that gently lifts and rolls the skin to improve circulation, release adhesions, and soften tight tissues. This method is especially useful after surgery, in scar management, and in cases of fibrosis or stubborn swelling. While well known in France, it is less common in the UK, making it a unique addition to my treatments.
